Instructions

1. Make the Dough

  4. Knead 5–6 minutes (by hand or mixer) until smooth and elastic.

2. Shape the Rolls

  1. Divide dough into 6–8 equal pieces.

  2. Shape into smooth balls.

  3. Place rolls in a parchment-lined or lightly greased air fryer basket, slightly touching.


3. Second Rise

  • Cover loosely and let rise 20–30 minutes until puffy.


4. Air Fry

  1. Preheat air fryer to 330°F (165°C) for 3 minutes.
