Description
At its core, this recipe is a clever reimagining of the classic garlic knot or dinner roll. Instead of baking individual rolls spaced apart on a large baking sheet, we tuck them closely together in an air fryer basket. As the dough cooks and expands, the rolls press into one another, creating a single, cohesive loaf. The beauty of this “pull-apart” style is twofold: first, it keeps the sides of the rolls incredibly soft because they aren’t exposed to direct heat; and second, it makes for a fun, interactive eating experience.

- 12 small dinner rolls (store-bought or homemade dough balls)
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 3–4 cloves garlic (minced)
