Description
At its simplest, this Air Fryer Salmon Bites with Honey Soy Glaze recipe is a modern take on glazed salmon. Traditionally, a glazed fillet is baked or pan-seared. However, the air fryer version is superior for several reasons. First, the “bites” format makes this incredibly versatile. You can serve them as a protein-packed snack, an appetizer with toothpicks at a party, or as the main event on top of a bed of jasmine rice or a vibrant green salad.

- 1 clove garlic, minced
- ½ tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- Optional garnish: sesame seeds, chopped green onions
