Instructions

    • In a dry skillet over medium heat, toast walnuts for 3–4 minutes until fragrant.

    • Cool before adding to salad.

  3. Mix the Dressing

    • In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper.

  4. Combine the Salad

    • In a large bowl, toss together chicken, apple, celery, walnuts, onion (if using), grapes, and parsley.
