- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated mozzarella
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Optional: chili flakes, fresh basil
Instructions
1. Cook the Sausage
- Heat olive oil in a pan
- Add sausage and cook until browned, breaking it into pieces
2. Build the Flavor
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute
- Stir in cherry tomatoes and cook until slightly softened
- Add spinach and let it wilt
3. Make the Sauce
- Lower heat and add Boursin cheese
- Pour in heavy cream and stir until smooth and creamy
4. Combine
- Add uncooked gnocchi directly into the sauce
- Mix well so everything is coated
5. Bake
- Transfer to a baking dish
- Top with mozzarella and Parmesan
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden
