Description
At its heart, this Coconut Lime Sweet Rolls with Glaze recipe is a yeast-leavened sweet bread. Unlike a standard dinner roll, this dough is enriched with fats and sugars to create a tender crumb that almost melts in your mouth. The inclusion of coconut milk instead of standard dairy milk adds a subtle nuttiness and a silky mouthfeel that distinguishes it from other pastries.
