Description
Beef stir-fry with broccoli and ginger soy sauce is a quick and flavorful dish that pairs tender beef with crisp broccoli in a glossy, savory sauce. The beef is marinated in a flavorful mixture of soy sauce, ginger, and other seasonings, while the broccoli is stir-fried until perfectly tender. The dish is then finished with a homemade sauce, thickened to perfection, creating a savory, slightly sweet coating that sticks to every bite.
