Ingredients
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate, if preferred)
1 tbsp heavy cream or milk (optional, for extra creaminess)
2 cups mini marshmallows (or large ones cut in half)
Graham crackers, for dipping
Optional Add-ins:
1 tbsp peanut butter or Nutella (swirled into the chocolate layer)
A sprinkle of flaky sea salt on top
Crushed cookies or caramel drizzle for extra flair
Instructions
Oven Method (classic & best):
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Melt the chocolate:
In a small ovenproof skillet (like cast iron) or baking dish, spread the chocolate chips evenly.
Add the tablespoon of cream or milk and stir lightly (optional but adds smoothness).
Top with marshmallows:
Cover the melted chocolate layer completely with marshmallows.
Bake:
Place in the oven for 5–7 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown and puffy.
Serve immediately:
Remove from oven carefully and serve warm with graham crackers for dipping!
