Instructions

  • Cream butter and sugars: In a mixer, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  • Finish batter:
    • Add ⅓ of the flour mix, then half the milk.
    • Repeat with remaining flour and milk, ending with flour.
    • Toss ¾ cup blueberries with 1 tsp flour and gently fold into batter.
  • Transfer to pan: Spread batter evenly in the prepared dish.
  • Add topping:
    • Scatter remaining blueberries over the top.
    • Mix cinnamon and sugar, then sprinkle evenly over the cake.
  • Bake for 45–50 minutes, until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool for 20 minutes before slicing. Serve warm or at room temperature.
