Instructions
1. Brown the Butter
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
Continue cooking until it turns golden brown and smells nutty (about 3–4 minutes).
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
2. Prepare the Batter
Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
