Instructions
- Make the Caesar Dressing
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the consistency with a little water if it’s too thick. Set aside.
- Prepare the Salad Filling
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded or diced chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes (if using), and Parmesan cheese.
- Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the mixture and toss gently until everything is evenly coated.
