  • Salt, to taste

  • 2–3 tbsp water (to thin, as needed)

For Serving

  • Small corn or flour tortillas

  • Shredded cabbage or lettuce

  • Diced tomatoes or pico de gallo

  • Crumbled cotija or feta cheese (optional)

  • Fresh cilantro

  • Lime wedges


Instructions

1. Make the Avocado Crema

  1. Add avocado, sour cream (or Greek yogurt), lime juice, garlic, and salt to a blender or food processor.

  2. Blend until smooth, adding water a tablespoon at a time until creamy and pourable.

  3. Taste and adjust salt or lime. Refrigerate until ready to use.


2. Cook the Chipotle Lime Turkey

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add onion and cook 3–4 minutes until softened. Stir in garlic and cook 30 seconds.

  3. Add ground turkey and cook, breaking it up, until browned and cooked through (about 6–8 minutes).
