Ingredients

Instructions
1. Prepare the brownies
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs and vanilla extract; whisk until combined.
2. Add dry ingredients
Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
Mix gently until a thick brownie batter forms.
3. Bake
Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
Bake for 20–25 minutes.
Let the brownies cool completely.
4. Add strawberries
Arrange sliced Strawberry evenly over the cooled brownies.
5. Make chocolate topping
Melt Dark chocolate with heavy cream in the microwave (20-second intervals) or over a double boiler.
Stir until smooth.
6. Finish
Pour melted chocolate over the strawberries.
Spread gently to cover.
Refrigerate 30–45 minutes until the chocolate sets.
