- 1 cup powdered sugar (for rolling)

Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract until combined.
- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until dough forms.
- Chill dough in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix 3 tablespoons sugar with 1 teaspoon cinnamon for the coating.
- Scoop dough into balls, roll each ball in cinnamon sugar, then coat generously with powdered sugar.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 10–12 minutes until cracks appear and edges are set.
- Let cool on the tray for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
