Instructions

Prepare the Avocado Ranch Dressing:

  1. Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
  2. Blend Until Smooth: Blend until the dressing is smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
  3. Chill: Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Assemble the Cobb Salad:

  1. Prepare the Salad Base: In a large bowl or platter, layer the chopped romaine lettuce.
  2. Add Toppings: Arrange the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped eggs, cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, and crumbled blue cheese on top of the lettuce.
