Instructions
Prepare the Avocado Ranch Dressing:
- Blend Ingredients: In a blender or food processor, combine the avocado, Greek yogurt, buttermilk, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
- Blend Until Smooth: Blend until the dressing is smooth and creamy. Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Chill: Refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
Assemble the Cobb Salad:
- Prepare the Salad Base: In a large bowl or platter, layer the chopped romaine lettuce.
- Add Toppings: Arrange the diced chicken, crumbled bacon, chopped eggs, cherry tomatoes, diced avocado, and crumbled blue cheese on top of the lettuce.
- Season: Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve: Drizzle the avocado ranch dressing over the salad just before serving. Toss gently if desired.
Notes
