Description
Coconut Lime Sorbet is a smooth, creamy dessert made from coconut milk and fresh lime juice. Unlike ice cream, which often contains dairy products, sorbet is a dairy-free frozen dessert made from fruit juice, sugar, and water. In this version, the richness of coconut milk provides the creamy texture, while the tangy lime zest and juice add a citrusy bite that makes the sorbet incredibly refreshing.
