  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Extra crushed Oreos for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pancake Batter:
    • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
    • In a separate bowl, combine the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
    • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; the batter should be slightly lumpy.
    • Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
  2. Cook the Pancakes:
    • Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or cooking spray.
