Ingredients
2 large ripe bananas, sliced and frozen
2–3 tbsp milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Optional add-ins for flavor:
1 tbsp nut butter (peanut, almond, or cashew)
1 tbsp cocoa powder (for chocolate version)
½ scoop protein powder or collagen (for extra protein)
Dash of cinnamon or espresso powder for depth
Instructions
1️⃣ Freeze the Bananas
Peel and slice ripe bananas, then freeze them in a single layer for at least 2–3 hours (or overnight).
2️⃣ Blend
In a food processor or high-speed blender:
Add frozen banana slices, milk, vanilla, and salt.
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.
Start with 2 tbsp milk and add a bit more if it’s too thick — you’re aiming for a soft-serve consistency.
3️⃣ Serve
Scoop into a bowl and smooth the top for that perfect “nice cream swirl.” 🍦
