Description

This Easy Halloween Candy Corn Layered Fudge is a delightful dessert that combines the festive colors of Halloween with the rich, creamy texture of fudge. Made with white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and vibrant food coloring, this treat features three beautifully layered sections: yellow, orange, and white. Each layer is soft and melts in your mouth, while the striking colors make it an eye-catching addition to any Halloween party or celebration. You can even top it off with mini candy corn pieces or Halloween sprinkles for that extra touch of spooky flair!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups white chocolate chips (about 18 oz / 510 g)

  • 1 can (14 oz / 400 g) sweetened condensed milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Food coloring: yellow and orange

  • Optional toppings: mini candy corn pieces, Halloween sprinkles, or edible glitter

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pan:

    • Line an 8×8-inch (20×20 cm) baking pan with parchment paper or foil.

    • Lightly grease it to prevent sticking.

  2. Melt the Base Fudge Mixture:

    • In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk over low heat.

    • Stir constantly until smooth and melted (about 5–7 minutes).

    • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.

  3. Divide and Tint:

    • Divide the fudge mixture evenly into three bowls:

      • Bowl 1 (White layer): leave plain.

      • Bowl 2 (Orange layer): add a few drops of orange food coloring.

      • Bowl 3 (Yellow layer): add a few drops of yellow food coloring.

  4. Layer the Fudge:

    • Pour the yellow layer into the prepared pan and spread evenly.

    • Chill for 10–15 minutes until slightly firm.

    • Pour the orange layer on top, smooth it out, and chill again for 10–15 minutes.

    • Finally, pour the white layer on top and smooth the surface.

  5. Chill and Cut:

    • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely set.

    • Lift the fudge from the pan using the parchment, then cut into small squares or triangles to mimic candy corn shapes.

  6. Decorate (Optional):

    • Press mini candy corn pieces or Halloween sprinkles on top for extra flair.

Notes

For a fun Halloween twist, top the fudge with candy eyes or festive sprinkles before it sets. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate for a firmer texture. Perfect for party treats or homemade Halloween gifts!
