Instructions

  • Combine: Add dry ingredients to wet and mix until just combined. Fold in sprinkles gently.
  • Bake: Fill liners ¾ full. Bake for 20–22 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool: Let cupcakes cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • Make frosting: Beat butter, vanilla, and salt. Gradually add powdered sugar and cream. Beat until fluffy.
  • Decorate: Pipe or spread frosting on cooled cupcakes. Top with sprinkles.
