Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Potatoes
Heat a large skillet or pan over medium heat.
Add olive oil and cubed potatoes.
Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Cook for 12–15 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden and crispy.
Remove from pan and set aside.
2️⃣ Cook the Steak
Pat the steak cubes dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in the same pan on high heat.
Add steak bites in a single layer.
Sear 1–2 minutes per side until browned (do not overcrowd the pan).
3️⃣ Make Garlic Butter
Reduce heat to medium.
Add butter and minced garlic to the pan.
Stir for 30–40 seconds until fragrant.
4️⃣ Combine
Return crispy potatoes to the pan.
Toss everything in the garlic butter.
Sprinkle parsley and chili flakes.
