- 6 egg yolks (from the boiled eggs)

- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped

- Crispy bacon bits + chives
- Caviar + crème fraîche
- Truffle oil + microgreens
- Everything bagel seasoning
- Paprika + fresh herbs
Instructions
1. Perfect Hard-Boiled Eggs
- Place eggs in a large saucepan and cover with cold water by 1 inch
- Bring to a rolling boil over high heat
- Once boiling, remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes
- Transfer immediately to ice water bath and cool for 5 minutes
- Gently crack and peel under cool running water
2. Prepare the Filling
- Cut eggs in half lengthwise
- Remove yolks and place in a mixing bowl
- Arrange egg white halves on a serving platter
- Mash yolks with a fork until smooth
- Mix in mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, vinegar, salt, and white pepper
- Fold in fresh chives
- Taste and adjust seasoning as needed
3. Assembly
- Transfer filling to a piping bag or zip-lock bag with corner cut off
- Pipe filling generously into egg white halves
- Add your chosen gourmet toppings
