  • Flaky sea salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prep the Peaches Slice peaches into thick wedges. Brush lightly with oil.
  • Grill Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill peaches 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized and slightly charred.
  • Assemble the Salad Spread arugula on a serving platter. Nestle in grilled peaches, torn burrata, and ribbons of prosciutto.
  • Finish Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with flaky salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
