Ingredients
- 2 ripe peaches, halved or sliced thick
- 1 tbsp avocado or olive oil, for grilling
- 4 oz burrata cheese (1 large ball or 2 small)
- 4–6 slices prosciutto
- 2 cups arugula or baby greens
- 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (store-bought or homemade)
- Flaky sea salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Prep the Peaches Slice peaches into thick wedges. Brush lightly with oil.
- Grill Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high. Grill peaches 2–3 minutes per side until caramelized and slightly charred.
- Assemble the Salad Spread arugula on a serving platter. Nestle in grilled peaches, torn burrata, and ribbons of prosciutto.
- Finish Drizzle with balsamic glaze. Sprinkle with flaky salt, pepper, and fresh basil.
