Instructions

Toss your halved or quartered baby potatoes in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Make sure they’re evenly coated to ensure a consistent flavor throughout.

3. Grill the Potatoes

Place the potatoes on a grill pan or a suitable grilling tray. Grill them for about 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally. Keep grilling until the potatoes are tender and have a nice charred exterior. This step is key to getting that smoky flavor that makes this salad stand out.
