Ingredients
For the salad:
- 4 medium beets, roasted and sliced

Instructions
- Roast the beets:

- Assemble the salad:
- Arrange mixed greens on a serving plate.
- Top with sliced beets, feta, walnuts, red onion, and orange segments.
- Dress & serve:
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
- Toss gently and serve immediately.
