Ingredients
- 1 (18 oz) package cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (like Oreos), crushed and divided
- ¼ cup melted butter
- ½ gallon vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 (16 oz) jar chocolate fudge topping, warmed
- 1 (8 oz) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- Make the Crust Combine 3¾ cups of the crushed cookies with melted butter. Press the mixture into a greased 13×9-inch dish to form the base.
- Add Ice Cream Layer Spread the softened vanilla ice cream evenly over the cookie crust. Cover and freeze until firm (about 1 hour).
- Drizzle Fudge Pour the warmed fudge topping over the ice cream layer. Spread gently. Cover and freeze again until set (about 30 minutes to 1 hour).
- Top with Whipped Topping Spread the thawed whipped topping over the fudge layer. Sprinkle with the remaining cookie crumbs.
- Final Freeze Cover and freeze for at least 2 hours or until completely firm.
- Serve Remove from the freezer 10 minutes before serving to make slicing easier. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Optional Add-ins: Crushed peanuts, caramel drizzle, or a layer of peanut butter between the crust and ice cream.
Notes
For extra indulgence, drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce and top with crushed nuts or sprinkles. You can also switch up the cookie and ice cream flavors to match your cravings or the season!
