Description
Korean Beef Bulgogi is a classic Korean dish featuring thinly sliced beef that is marinated in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, brown sugar, and other essential Korean ingredients like ginger and gochujang (Korean chili paste). After marinating, the beef is typically grilled or stir-fried until it becomes tender and flavorful. When served over rice, paired with kimchi, and garnished with sesame seeds and green onions, it transforms into a complete and fulfilling meal. Korean Beef Bulgogi Bowls with Kimchi elevate this dish by adding a tangy and spicy side of fermented kimchi, adding both flavor and health benefits.

- In each bowl, place a serving of the seasoned rice.
- Top with the cooked beef bulgogi.
- Add a generous serving of kimchi on the side.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. If using, add sliced cucumbers or pickled radishes and a fried egg on top.

- Enjoy your Korean Beef Bulgogi Bowls warm!
Notes
For added texture and flavor, top your bowl with a soft-boiled egg, sliced scallions, or toasted sesame seeds. Serve with extra kimchi or a drizzle of gochujang sauce for a spicy kick. Leftovers make a delicious filling for lettuce wraps or rice paper rolls!
