Instructions

  • Finish & chill

    • Chill completely (at least 4 hours or overnight).

  • Churn

    • Churn in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer instructions.

    • Freeze until firm.

    • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

    • Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.

    • Beat in egg and vanilla.

    • Mix dry ingredients separately, then combine with wet.

    • Scoop tablespoon-sized dough balls, flatten slightly.

    • Bake 8–10 minutes until just set (do not overbake).

    • Cool completely.
