Description

The Mango Strawberry Sunrise Frappuccino recipe is an at-home adaptation of trendy café-style layered fruit frappuccinos. It features two vibrant fruit layers—mango at the bottom and strawberry on top—that blend visually into a sunrise gradient. Each sip combines the luscious sweetness of mango with the refreshing tartness of strawberries, delivering a tropical escape in a glass.

Ingredients

Scale

For the Mango Layer:

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 cup mango juice (or orange juice)
  • 12 tbsp honey or agave (to taste)
  • 1 cup ice

For the Strawberry Layer:

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 12 tbsp honey or agave (to taste)
  • 1 cup ice

For Topping (optional):

  • Whipped cream
  • Fresh mango and strawberry slices

Instructions

1. Make the Mango Layer

  1. In a blender, combine frozen mango, milk, mango (or orange) juice, sweetener, and ice.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour into the bottom of two tall glasses, filling each about halfway.

2. Make the Strawberry Layer

  1. Rinse out the blender.
  2. Add frozen strawberries, milk, sweetener, and ice.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Carefully pour or spoon the strawberry mixture over the mango layer in each glass to create the “sunrise” effect.

3. Finish & Serve

  1. Top with whipped cream and fresh fruit, if desired.
  2. Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!

Notes

For a tropical twist, blend in a splash of coconut milk or pineapple juice. You can also top it with whipped cream, fresh fruit slices, or a drizzle of honey for extra sweetness and visual appeal. Serve immediately for the freshest flavor and beautiful layered look!
