Instructions
1. Make the Mango Layer
- In a blender, combine frozen mango, milk, mango (or orange) juice, sweetener, and ice.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into the bottom of two tall glasses, filling each about halfway.
2. Make the Strawberry Layer
- Rinse out the blender.
- Add frozen strawberries, milk, sweetener, and ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Carefully pour or spoon the strawberry mixture over the mango layer in each glass to create the “sunrise” effect.
3. Finish & Serve
- Top with whipped cream and fresh fruit, if desired.
- Serve immediately with a straw and enjoy!
Notes
