1/4 cup sliced green onions

BBQ Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup ranch dressing (bottled or homemade)
1/4 cup BBQ sauce (sweet, smoky, or spicy)
1 tbsp lime juice (optional)
1–2 tbsp milk or water to thin if needed
Pinch smoked paprika or cumin (optional)
Instructions
Prep chicken
Toss cooked chicken in BBQ sauce until well-coated. Warm if desired.Make dressing
Stir ranch + BBQ sauce + lime until smooth. Adjust thickness and seasoning.Assemble salad
In a large bowl, layer or toss: romaine, cabbage, corn, beans, tomatoes, onion, and BBQ chicken.Add toppings last
Add avocado, cheese (if using), green onions, and crushed tortilla chips right before serving.Dress & serve
