1 lb (about 450 g) Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.Prepare Brussels sprouts:
Toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
Spread them in a single layer on one side of the baking sheet.Prepare salmon glaze:
In a small bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, olive oil, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.Add salmon:
Place salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet. Brush the tops generously with the maple-Dijon glaze.Roast:
Roast everything for 15–18 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the Brussels sprouts are golden and crisp on the edges.
