Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp cornstarch (for tenderness)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
Wet Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
- Prep the Oven & Pan: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and matcha.
- Mix Wet Ingredients: In another bowl, whisk yogurt, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
- Combine & Divide: Stir wet into dry until just combined. Fold in white chocolate. Divide batter into two portions—leave one plain, mix matcha into the other.
- Layer & Swirl: Alternate spoonfuls of matcha and plain batter into the pan. Use a butter knife to gently swirl for a marbled effect.
- Bake: Bake for 50–55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 20 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
