  • Total Time: 2 hours (including rising time)
  • Yield: 1 loaf (8–10 slices) 1x

Description

At its core, Matcha & White Chocolate Swirl Bread is a soft, sweet bread that marries the rich, slightly bitter taste of matcha with the smooth sweetness of white chocolate. The bread dough is made from a combination of basic ingredients like flour, yeast, eggs, and butter, forming a soft, pillowy base. The matcha paste is then swirled through the dough, creating striking green ribbons, while white chocolate chips melt within, adding creamy pockets of sweetness.
