Instructions

- In the same pan, add berries and caster sugar.

- Let cool.
3. Make the Cheesecake Filling:
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, icing sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla.
- Fold in whipped cream until smooth and fluffy.
4. Assemble:
- Spoon the cream cheese mixture into molds or glasses.
- Chill for at least 2 hours (or overnight for best texture).
- Top with biscuit crumble and spoon berry compote around.
- Dust with icing sugar and serve!
