Ingredients
Crust layer:
12 Oreo cookies
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake filling:
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup (180 ml) cold heavy whipping cream
6–8 Oreo cookies, crushed (for folding into the filling)
Topping (optional):
Whipped cream
Mini Oreos or crushed cookies for garnish
Instructions
Make the crust:
Crush 12 Oreos (in a food processor or zip bag with a rolling pin) until fine crumbs form.
Mix with melted butter until evenly moistened.
Spoon 2–3 tablespoons into the bottom of each cup or jar and press lightly.
Chill while you prepare the filling.
Prepare the cheesecake filling:
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy.
In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until light and airy.
Stir in crushed Oreos.
Assemble:
Spoon or pipe the filling over the chilled crust in each cup.
Smooth the tops and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or 30 minutes in the freezer for a quicker set).
Serve:
Top with whipped cream, extra cookie crumbs, or a mini Oreo before serving.
