1 cup water

Instructions
Sauté the Shrimp
Heat 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a large deep skillet or pot over medium heat.
Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 1–2 minutes per side until just pink.
Remove shrimp and set aside on a plate (they’ll finish cooking later).
