Choose one or mix a few of these:

  • Red: Sliced cherry tomatoes or roasted red pepper strips

  • White: Shredded cabbage or jicama slaw

  • Blue:

    • Blue corn chips (crushed, for garnish)

    • Blueberry coleslaw (see below)

    • Edible blue flowers (like borage or butterfly pea petals)


Instructions

  1. Prepare the Lobster Salad
    In a large bowl, combine lobster meat, mayo, Dijon, lemon juice, celery, chives, salt, pepper, and optional Old Bay. Gently fold to coat the lobster evenly.

  2. Toast the Rolls
    Brush buns lightly with melted butter on the sides. Toast on a skillet or grill until golden. Optionally, rub with a cut garlic clove for flavor.

  3. Assemble the Rolls

    • Fill each toasted roll with the lobster mixture.
