Instructions

- Make the frosting: In a medium bowl, fold together whipped topping, vanilla pudding mix, and 1 can crushed pineapple with juice until smooth.
- Assemble the cake: Spread the frosting evenly over the cooled cake.
- Chill & serve: Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with extra pineapple or maraschino cherries if desired.
