Ingredients
For the Brownie Layer:
½ cup (1 stick / 115 g) unsalted butter, melted
1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup (40 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup (65 g) all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking powder

¼ cup (½ stick / 55 g) unsalted butter, softened
¼ cup (50 g) brown sugar
2 tbsp granulated sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
1 egg yolk
½ cup (65 g) all-purpose flour
¼ tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
¼ cup (45 g) chocolate chips
For the S’mores Topping:
¾ cup mini marshmallows (or regular marshmallows, cut up)
2 graham crackers, broken into pieces
¼ cup chocolate chips or chunks
Instructions
Preheat Oven:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch oven-safe skillet (or an 8-inch baking pan).Make the Brownie Batter:
In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. Stir until just combined.
Spread the batter evenly in the skillet.Make the Cookie Dough:
In a small bowl, beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
Mix in vanilla and egg yolk. Add flour, baking soda, and salt; stir until combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.Assemble the Skillet:
Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough on top of the brownie batter — swirl lightly with a knife for a marbled effect (don’t overmix).Bake:
Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the edges are set but the center is still slightly gooey.Add S’mores Topping:
Remove from the oven and immediately sprinkle marshmallows, graham cracker pieces, and chocolate chips on top.
