Description
A S’mores Stuffed Cookies creation is essentially a hybrid dessert. It takes the structural foundation of a classic American chocolate chip cookie and enhances it with a stuffed center consisting of mini marshmallows, graham cracker shards, and extra chocolate chunks. Instructions
- Preheat oven:
175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. - Make cookie dough:
In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well. Gradually mix in flour, baking soda, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips. - Prepare filling:
In a small bowl, combine mini marshmallows, graham cracker pieces, and chocolate chunks. - Stuff cookies:
Scoop 2–3 tbsp cookie dough, flatten slightly, place 1–2 tsp of s’mores filling in the center, and cover with more dough. Seal edges and shape into a ball. - Bake:
Place stuffed cookies on the baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake 12–15 minutes, until golden but soft. - Cool:
Let cool 5 minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a wire rack. Serve warm for gooey goodness!
