Description

S’mores Waffle Cones are a fun, creative way to enjoy the classic s’mores combination of marshmallows, chocolate, and graham crackers, but inside a crispy waffle cone! The great thing about these cones is that you can make them indoors, no campfire or grill needed. This dessert brings all the nostalgia of summer camping to your kitchen in just a few easy steps.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 68 waffle cones (store-bought or homemade)

  • 1 ½ cups mini marshmallows

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk, semi-sweet, or a mix)

  • ½ cup crushed graham crackers or Golden Grahams cereal

  • Optional add-ins:

    • Mini peanut butter cups

    • Caramel bits

    • Sliced strawberries or bananas

    • White chocolate chips

Instructions

Fill the Cones

  1. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.

  2. In each waffle cone, layer:

    • A few mini marshmallows

    • A spoonful of chocolate chips

    • A sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs

  3. Repeat layers until full (don’t pack too tightly — you want room for the marshmallows to melt).

2. Wrap & Heat

You’ve got 3 options depending on your setup:

🔥 Campfire/Grill:

  • Wrap each cone in foil.

  • Place near hot coals (not directly in flames) for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until gooey.

🔥 Oven:

  • Preheat to 375°F (190°C).

  • Place foil-wrapped cones on a baking sheet.

  • Bake 5–6 minutes or until melted.

🔥 Air Fryer:

  • Wrap cones loosely in foil.

  • Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 3–4 minutes.

3. Serve

Unwrap carefully (they’ll be hot!) and top with:

  • Extra mini marshmallows

  • A drizzle of melted chocolate or caramel

  • A dusting of graham crumbs for garnish

Eat immediately — best enjoyed warm and melty!

Notes

For an extra gooey treat, drizzle melted caramel or peanut butter over your s’mores waffle cones before serving. You can also roll the cone edges in crushed graham crackers, mini chocolate chips, or festive sprinkles for a fun twist!
