Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Line baking sheets with parchment paper
- Mix Dry Ingredients
- In a medium bowl, whisk together oats, flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and cloves
- Cream Butter and Sugars
- In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy (about 3-4 minutes)
- Beat in egg and vanilla extract until well combined
- Combine Wet and Dry

- Cool
