- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 (10 oz) box frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
- Toasted bread, crackers, or chips, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish with cooking spray.
- Mix the base: In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, and garlic. Stir until smooth.
- Add the veggies: Fold in spinach and chopped artichoke hearts.
- Add cheese: Mix in mozzarella and ½ cup of the Parmesan. Season with salt to taste.
- Bake: Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan on top.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top. For extra browning, broil for 2–3 minutes at the end.
- Serve hot with toasted baguette slices, pita chips, or fresh veggies.
