Instructions
1. Cook the rice
- Rinse the rice under cold water.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté 1 minute.
- Add rice, stir to coat, then add water or broth.
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer 15–18 minutes until rice is cooked.
- Fluff with a fork and season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
2. Prepare the steak bites
- Season steak pieces with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
- Add steak bites and sear 2–3 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your liking.
- Add butter and garlic in the last minute; toss steak to coat in garlic butter.
3. Serve
- Plate garlic butter rice and top with steak bites.
- Drizzle extra garlic butter from the pan over the top.
