Ingredients

Instructions
Prepare Sweet Potato
Roast or steam a medium sweet potato until tender.
Peel and mash until smooth; let cool to room temperature.
Preheat Oven
Set to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, sugar, and herbs.
Cut in Butter
