Instructions

Step 1: Cook the Meat

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Stir in the diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened (about 2-3 minutes).

Step 2: Add the Base Ingredients

  1. Add the black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, chipotle peppers, and broth to the pot.
  2. Sprinkle in the taco seasoning, cumin, chili powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir to combine.

Step 3: Simmer
