Ingredients
1 sheet puff pastry, thawed (store-bought or homemade)
6 oz Brie cheese, rind on, cut into small cubes (~¾ inch)
½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce (homemade or canned)
1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
Optional garnish: chopped pecans or candied walnuts for crunch
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lightly grease a mini muffin tin or line with parchment squares.Prepare the pastry:
Unfold the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
Cut into 24 small squares (about 2 inches each).
Gently press each square into a mini muffin cup to form little pastry shells.
Assemble the bites:
Place a cube of Brie in each puff pastry cup.
Spoon about ½ teaspoon cranberry sauce on top.
Sprinkle with a pinch of rosemary or thyme.
(Optional) Add a few chopped pecans or walnuts for crunch.
Brush & bake:
Lightly brush pastry edges with egg wash for a golden finish.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until pastry is puffed and golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
Cool slightly & serve:
Let rest for 5 minutes before transferring to a platter.
Serve warm or at room temperature — both are delicious!
