Description
At its core, a S’mores Stuffed Croissant Bake is a clever reimagining of the classic bread pudding. Instead of using standard white bread or brioche, we use flaky, buttery croissants. These pastries are torn into pieces and soaked in a sweet custard made of milk, eggs, and vanilla. But the real magic happens when you nestle layers of semi-sweet chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crunchy graham cracker crumbs between the layers of dough.
Ingredients
- 4–5 store-bought croissants (day-old works best)
- 1 cup milk
- 3 large eggs
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
- ½ cup mini marshmallows
- ½ cup chocolate chips (semi-sweet or milk chocolate)
- ½ cup crushed graham crackers
- Butter or non-stick spray (for greasing the dish)

Preheat to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9×9-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray. - Prepare croissants
Tear croissants into bite-sized pieces and layer them evenly in the baking dish. - Add s’mores mix
Sprinkle chocolate chips, marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers evenly over the croissants. - Mix custard
In a bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon. - Pour custard
Pour the custard evenly over the croissant mixture, pressing gently to soak. - Bake
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the custard is set and the top is golden. - Serve
Let cool slightly before serving. Optional: drizzle with chocolate or sprinkle extra graham crackers on top.
Notes
Perfect for brunch or dessert, this bake will disappear faster than you can say ‘s’mores!’
