Instructions

- Beat the Egg Whites: In another bowl, beat egg whites with sugar and salt until soft peaks form. Carefully fold into the mousse mixture.
- Add Yuzu Flavor: Stir in yuzu juice and vanilla extract. Adjust sweetness if needed.
- Chill & Serve: Divide into serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Garnish with yuzu zest and toasted pistachios or sesame seeds.
