Instructions

1. Prepare the Batter

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and sugar. In another bowl, combine the mashed bananas, egg, milk, vanilla, and melted butter. Fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Do not overmix.

2. Shape the Fritters

Lightly grease your hands or use a cookie scoop to form small mounds of batter. Place them on a parchment-lined tray while preparing the air fryer.

3. Air Fry
